Use of Fund Interest:
The Helen and Jay Limbaugh Fund was
organized to further an appreciation of the joys of Lightning
sailing among Junior and Active members of the ILCA.
Programs such as those described here will be
supported by the income generated by the fund. The aim is to
help both junior sailors and adults improve their boathandling
skills, teamwork, and tactical abilities. |
