I sail for the
Michigan state sailing team and I have been sailing FJs and 420s for
the past two years as a crew. By the time I get out to DC this summer
I will have had some experience and practice on a lightning. I am
Interested in forward or middle, but I don’t have much experience
flying a spinnaker so forward may be better. I
am a quick learner and willing to try anything. |

I have been sailing ever since I was
5 years old (almost 20 now) and I have sailed everything from Optis,
Lasers, Cats, 420's, Flying Scots (was in nationals this past June)
and also a few keel boats such as a Catalina 25, Catalina 31 and a
few Hunters in that size range. I live in Norfolk, Va. when I am
not at school at George Mason. My summer job the past 3 summers
has been on the Norfolk Naval Base, teaching kids and adults how to sail. |
