WJM Regatta Chair Nabeel Alsalam accepts the ILCA Neal Steketee Perpetual Trophy at the 2007 Lightning North American Championships banquet in Annapolis.  Fleet 50  and Nabeel were cited for their outstanding work in organizing and running the 2007 North American Women's, Juniors, and Masters Championships at Leesylvania in August, exemplifying excellence in promoting and developing racing in Lightnings.
