 SUBJECT: Fleet 50 By-laws

At an all-fleet meeting on March 3, 2007 we reviewed a proposed replacement set of Fleet by-laws (the originals having been lost) and requested members to submit additional needed articles by March 9, 2007. You can read the bylaws here.

At the Fleet annual meeting on February 2, 2008 we voted to adopt these bylaws.

We will now follow the specified amendment process to add detail as needed.
